Hey there!
So, I just got my military medical file back after my recent physical, and I’m staring at this section labeled "Health Status Assessment" before any actual diagnoses were even logged. It's all these little individual boxes filled with random letters like R, N, OS, O, U, P, I, and L, and then inside those boxes, they've graded everything on a scale from A to D.
If there happens to be a medic or someone who actually knows how the VA or the military grading systems work hanging out here, could you please break this down for me? Like, what does each of those specific letter categories actually represent, and what's the deal with that A through D rating range?
