When we asked her to share her medical records so we could offer support or seek advice on next steps, she was incredibly skillful at dodging the request and refusing to show us any documentation. How can we determine what the actual symptoms of spinal cancer look like? Since she doesn't live here in the States, we don't get to see her often enough to verify her condition firsthand.
