I suppose the ultimate responsibility lies with the surgeon. If someone walks in wanting a nose that’s way too narrow, I think they really need to say STOP.
But honestly, my take is that none of them actually envisioned a nose like that to begin with...
It’s more like they just settle for it, much like everyone else does, thinking that’s just how it has to be...

Especially once some doctor starts trying to convince them they look super, you know...

Then again, not every famous nose is a disaster. For instance, I actually quite like Simona Gotovac's nose.
Her nose and lips were done by Duje Ostojić.
It turned out really well!
Finally, someone who looks enhanced rather than just disfigured or messed up.

Has anyone been to Dr. Gjurić’s new clinic?

Does anyone have experience with him? I mean, isn't he an ENT rather than a plastic surgeon?

I’ve noticed there’s been a lot of talk here lately about nose surgery, whether it's purely for looks or to fix breathing issues.
I really hope you all pick your surgeons wisely so you don't end up needing this thread too much.

In my case, I had some minor breathing trouble, and my nose was already pretty much perfect—but that tiny little gap between "good" and "perfect" ended up costing me a lot of time and money.

I guess it's mostly my own fault, but I really want to fix what was done.

From the front, I look a bit like Miss Piggy, and honestly, that’s the part that gets to me most.

I just want to look normal.

If anyone here has gone through a revision surgery, and could share who you went to, I’d really appreciate it.

I definitely don't want to make another mistake...

I suppose people with massive noses probably won't have this issue, since they'll likely be happy just having a smaller nose in general.
But for those of us trying to balance breathing issues with a bit of aesthetics, finding the right surgeon feels like the biggest hurdle.
