Runny nose help!
in Health ·
Hey everyone, I’ve been lurking on this forum for a while now and seeing all the great advice here, so I figured I'd throw my own situation out there to see if anyone has some insight. Here's the deal: for three years now, my nose has been a total mess—constantly running or getting clogged up, with mucus that's basically as clear as water.
At first, we thought it was an allergy, but every single test comes back negative. It doesn't matter the season, the time of day, the weather, what I'm wearing, or where I am... it just keeps happening. I've seen allergists, ENT specialists, and even went to the Mayo Clinic, but nobody can pinpoint the cause or offer a real solution. So, folks... I'd love to hear your thoughts!
p.s.: I'm perfectly healthy otherwise—stay active, hit the gym regularly, and even passed my military recruitment physical without any issues.
