They ought to plant some sequoias and baobabs while they're at it, because now we're finally seeing what a total dump this place really is. Not sure if it's just bad luck or if the whole thing is rotten from the inside out, though... haha.
The SOBA club over in the magazine district is a way better alternative to Route 66 anyway.
