Angela Wright said:Hepatitis is an incredibly resilient virus; it can survive outside the body for a long time. If you have even a tiny scratch on your hand and touch something contaminated, you could catch it.
Since there was contact, and given that pre-seminal fluid is involved, the viral concentration could easily be high enough to cause an infection.
Look, just because penetration didn't happen doesn't mean it wasn't sex. It was. In the future, stay away from guys who are aggressive and reckless with both others and their own health—they act like they're invincible. I hope you come out of this okay, but please, be firm about using condoms moving forward.
Make sure you get all your screenings and a Pap smear done. People like that are walking petri dishes. And if you're doing oral, use a barrier. Bacteria like gonorrhea can cause serious throat infections.
If a guy scratched me like that, I’d twist his balls right then and there.🙂
I really hope everything turns out fine. Honestly, I still feel like twisting his balls!
Angela Wright said:Fine, I assume he scratched you down there. Honestly, I’d be more worried about hepatitis.
He did scratch me down there because things got a bit rough. There was quite a bit of blood, but like I mentioned, it stopped. We didn't have full intercourse, though he was inside me briefly before I pushed him away since we weren't using protection. Why do you think hepatitis would be the immediate concern? Please.
He scratched me with his finger. It didn't bleed for long. I don't believe my partner is infectious, but you can never be entirely sure. I just let a wave of nasty panic take over.
Please give me a brief answer
Three weeks ago, I had some oral sex that was a bit rough. A few times, I felt some scratching from a finger, though nothing major. After that, there was some brief penetration, but I stopped because we didn't use protection. I bled quite a bit. Since yesterday, I've been feeling a slight stinging sensation and some mild itching. I plan on seeing my gynecologist in the next few days. I am wondering, what are the chances of infection if my partner happens to be positive? Thank you.
