Tummy Tuck Surgery

It’s been ten days since my tummy tuck, and honestly? I am beyond disappointed with the results. We explicitly agreed on a full abdominoplasty along with liposuction for my waist and thighs, but what I actually got was just a mini-tummy tuck and some lipo.
The whole reason I went under the knife was to get rid of those stretch marks above and below my belly button... I wanted them gone. But now, after the surgery, the doctor is making excuses, claiming he couldn't "pull" the skin down because there wasn't enough healthy skin above the navel to work with (if that even makes sense). Once I realized how unhappy I was, I started digging into his credentials and found out the truth: he markets himself as a plastic surgeon, but he’s actually just an oral and maxillofacial specialist. He billed me for a full abdominoplasty but performed a mini one instead. To make matters worse, the entire post-op care has been incredibly sloppy. They sent me home only an hour after a four-hour general anesthesia procedure... and don't even get me started on the wound care—bandages being changed without gloves and the drain being stitched in so haphazardly.
Here is a look at my stomach ten days later. It feels rock hard and somehow looks even bigger than it did before the surgery. I'm wondering if anyone else here has gone through a tummy tuck—is this swelling normal, and if so, how long does it actually last? I don't have any bruising on my abdomen, which is weird. Any advice is welcome because I am completely lost right now on what to do next.
