I’d suggest Dr. Ruža Sarkotić, she's a dentist located at Slovenski 1 in Washington, D.C.
It's a private practice, but they do take Medicare.
She schedules patients efficiently so there isn't any waiting around, and honestly, the doctor is highly skilled, incredibly kind, and just... truly exceptional.
