My dermatologist was also fantastic, but she only works privately and I honestly can't remember if she's retired yet since it's been ages. Her name is Rajna Kukec Culjak, located near Central Park at number 3.

I stumbled onto this forum while hunting for a decent primary care doctor here in New York City. I didn't see anything specifically useful for my own needs, but I figured I'd share this for the rest of you:

Lately, everywhere I go, I can't stop raving about my dentist: Dr. Gordana Ercegovic, located on New Road, tel: 3820-915. She’s young, but incredibly capable—it’s like she was born with dental drills in her hands. About six months ago, she fixed my front fillings, and they've never looked better. Then, right before Bozic, one of those prehistoric fillings fell out of a completely rotten molar. I rushed to see her (giving her a little heads-up so she wouldn't be startled by the state of it), only for her to ask if I had an X-ray of the tooth first... she wanted to check if there was a granuloma at the root to see if it was even worth patching it up just to get another five or six years out of it. Honestly, I was speechless. The woman works through Medicare and still puts in that much effort...
She's accepting new patients right now—probably because she's new, I suppose—but judging by how she works, she'll be fully booked in no time. 👍
