Looking for a specialist...

Hey there.
Does anyone happen to know if there's a gynecologist anywhere in Chicago where you don't need insurance or some official referral from your parents?
A friend of mine just flew in from out of state and she forgot her insurance card, but she really needs to see a specialist urgently. She’s going to be stuck here for another three weeks. Her place back home is totally empty right now, so she can't exactly have someone mail her the paperwork quickly.
So, if anyone knows anything...
