I'm not entirely sure, there are some "specialists" out there, but a lot of them are pretty pricey if you can swing it... but honestly, when things get urgent, 🤷 I'm also trying to look into seeing a specialist through a private practice... I have a feeling it's way faster that way. If I find out what the wait times are looking like at other hospitals, I'll let you know.

Rachel Ruiz2, I’m dealing with something pretty similar. I finally managed to snag an appointment at my doctor's outpatient clinic for February! Honestly, I don't think they can keep pushing things back much longer than that. 😢 Trying to get in line at Rebro just to pick up my test results has become an absolute mission impossible. 👎

Sorry if I’m repeating something that’s already been posted here—I honestly just don't have the bandwidth right now to dig through 30 pages of old threads. 🤷
I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction regarding a few specialists. Does anyone know where they hold their private practices? It’s usually so much easier and faster to get an appointment that way:

- Dr. Vida Demarin, the neurologist from the Vinogradski area
- Dr. Vanja Zjačić Rotkvić, the endocrinologist from Vinogradski
- Dr. Rosana Troskot, the gastroenterologist at St. Spirit

Also, if anyone has a recommendation for a good, approachable GP here in New York City, I’d really appreciate it. I'm looking for someone who won't be stingy with referrals or start counting every single pill they prescribe—that kind of thing just makes life so much harder for someone dealing with a chronic condition.
