As the title suggests, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a private clinic—ideally somewhere near Des Moines, but if not, then maybe in the Washington, D.C. area—where I could go to have a few fatty lumps removed. I really don't have the patience to deal with the bureaucracy of Medicare doctors or jump through all those hoops just to secure an appointment...
