Looking for a specialist...

I’ve been sitting on this for a while, wondering if anyone on this forum could actually help, so I finally decided to try my luck. I've bounced around psychiatrists from the local clinics to the Mayo Clinic, but honestly? Nobody seems to have the time for actual psychotherapy. Even if they did take you in, you’re lucky if you get ten minutes of their attention before they rush you out the door. It’s a joke. It's so bad, in fact, that I’ve decided to write a letter to Medicare to warn them about the absolute state of American psychiatry. But here’s the real issue: panic attacks, depression, and this constant, gnawing sense of dissatisfaction. They diagnosed me with anxiety and put me on Xanax and Zoloft. After six months, I started feeling better, so I stopped the meds. Big mistake. Since the therapy options available are so subpar, I avoided them, and once I quit the medication, everything came crashing back. I truly believe therapy is the key to success, whereas meds just temporarily delay the inevitable. So, I'm asking you: can anyone recommend a PRIVATE PSYCHIATRIST or a clinic where the doctor actually listens and gives a damn about their patients? I need quality psychotherapy, and I need it URGENTLY. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
