When he was living out in Malibu, I used to see Dr. Hrala Zvonimir—I actually went to him a few times after he moved to Washington, D.C. I'm not sure if he still has a practice over in Brooklyn, but I'd definitely recommend him. As for whether he takes insurance... you'll have to call and double-check.
