Looking for a specialist...

Greetings, everyone!
Can anyone recommend a good GP and an orthodontist here in Seattle?
I’m also wondering if an orthodontist will see me if I’m not transferring my insurance over to them. Basically, I just moved here from out of town (now I'm in Seattle) and I need a check-up because I've been wearing braces for about a year now. They'll likely be coming off within three months at most, so there's really no point in dealing with a mountain of paperwork if they can just take me on without all those complications... I have no idea how that would even work, but hey, worth asking.
As for a GP, I'm asking for advice based on your own experiences. Honestly, I rarely see doctors—maybe once every five or six years for something trivial—but right now I need some bloodwork done regarding some (hopefully) minor issues. Ideally, I'd love to find someone I can actually talk to, someone who can look at my bloodwork and help me improve things through diet changes rather than just throwing pills at me. Less medication is always better, obviously.
Thanks in advance for any help 😉
