tummy tucks definitely dropped off the Medicare coverage list more than 5 years ago, not totally sure when exactly... I don't think you even need to see a psychiatrist. Just grab a referral for plastic surgery from your primary care doctor, ideally for somewhere like Mayo Clinic.
