Looking for a specialist...

Hey there. I urgently need a specialist recommendation here in Washington, D.C. My neighbor is dealing with some serious back issues—she’s already had surgery and has been doing physical therapy, but nothing seems to be working. She saw Dr. Tesić and they tried ozone injections, so I'm curious if anyone has actually dealt with that. Does anyone have a solid specialist they can vouch for? Also, what’s the consensus on Dr. Tesić and Darko Perković? Any info at all helps. Thanks everyone
