Looking for a specialist...

Does anyone happen to know where Dr. Jane Doe went? She and her incredibly sweet nurse used to work at the clinic near Times Square, but I stopped by after a long time and they're both gone. Now there’s just a sign on the door saying "team without a lead," and inside there's some new young doctor—supposedly graduated last year—named Jane Doe along with another nurse. I honestly don't understand what happened here. Am I even allowed to switch doctors, or am I stuck with this situation indefinitely? Has anyone else dealt with this? I really loved Dr. Jane Doe. 🙁
