Help me out, everyone! Does anyone know where I can go to get isokinetic diagnostics covered by Medicare?

I am looking for a physical therapist in New York City, or perhaps an orthopedist capable of drafting a more sophisticated rehabilitation protocol. It has been two and a half months since my surgery—that ACL reconstruction performed by Kenneth Jones. Currently, I have achieved full flexion and extension, and my physiatrist has cleared me to begin light jogging.
