Just got my referral for a dermatoscopy.

I called the Brooklyn Health Department and they told me they aren't taking any new patients right now because one of their doctors quit.
They suggested I try heading over to San Francisco or the Vinogradsky clinic instead.

The waiting lists are a bit of a mess, but from what I can tell, you're looking at about a year's wait for a dermatoscopy appointment.

Any suggestions? Where can I book a dermatoscopy in Washington, D.C. using my Medicare coverage?

Any recommendations? Anyone know a good dermatologist who specializes in dermoscopy? You can either go through Medicare with a referral or just pay out of pocket, honestly—given how insane the waiting lists are right now, you might not have much of a choice if you want to see someone soon.
