Guys, I need some help here,
I went in for blood work this morning and my results are absolutely terrifying. My AST is sitting at 1000 (normally anything up to 0.58 is fine), my ALT is at 1078 (normal is under 0.74), and my GGT is way up at 1390 (standard range is up to 0.92). For context, I’m about 6'1" and weighing in at over 330 lbs, though I have been on a diet for almost a week now. Honestly, seeing these numbers freaked me out—does anyone know how I can get them down? I know, I know, everyone is going to tell me to just lose weight, but if it were that easy, I would've done it ages ago. Please, if anyone actually knows what's going on, let me know what kind of consequences we're looking at with levels like these? Oh, and I don't have my bilirubin levels back because my clueless doctor didn't think it was worth checking.😕
