You should really just ask your primary care physician for a referral to an ophthalmologist. They have specialized diagnostic tools that make the process incredibly reliable, and the actual exam only takes a few minutes. Trying to guess based on memory or intuition can be totally misleading. Alternatively, you could always just search for "color blindness tests" online to get a general idea.
