Look, debate is fine and all—but I don't get why the anti-marijuana crowd always fixates on joints and smoking. It’s exhausting. People, listen: you don't just have to smoke it!
Keith Fisher65 said:They aren't gonna sell him off like cheap ice cream... who even believes that crap?
DORBA DOBRA 😂
Joseph Kern11, hold up—let me read my own post first before you weigh in. Don't just start swinging blindly—who even said this happens every single day?
Sam Green73 has one theory—so go ahead and tear it apart for me. It's all in your head anyway.
James Turner80 thinks he’s got something to say—that the marijuana myth about it not being addictive is somehow true. It’s just not happening.
I’m glad we’re actually getting into a heated debate over this topic for once 😁
Look, tomy108, if you’re going to be that paranoid, you might as well just stop sitting at your computer altogether—I mean, monitors emit radiation, right? And don't bother stepping outside because the sun is "harmful" too. As for the whole college thing, there isn't any direct proof that weed actually messes with your brain—there just isn't enough evidence. I was watching some new documentary on a satellite stream the other day, and when they asked the scientists point-blank if marijuana causes harm, they couldn't say YES, simply because the data isn't there. RESPECT. Also, watch what you eat, since that’s just as "dangerous" 🧐
Growing weed on my patio
got my own buds—don't care about anything else
Got the seeds from Snoop Dogg, top tier stuff
just chilling, stomach growling, eating old cabbage.
Mom keeps asking what this herb even is
tell her it's just tea for my toes since they're acting up
So we're smoking, pass those joints over here
THC residue sticking to the teeth
can't see a thing through the flies buzzing
got a beer in the house for the dry throat.
My ass hurts and so does my head
while the girl is getting thick as a sausage
mixed with some crap and a little tobacco
passing out hard like my buddy Bvana
Then I dream about how I grew up
wishing instead of a flower pot, I had a whole garden.
With a dog and a cat to guard the branches
anyone touches my stash, they're getting the belt.
Straight to the eye, straight to the face
get outta here, stinker, you look pale yellow or white.
Don't go throwing Wu-Tang at my head, man
just let me smoke some good ganja.
I like joints, but weed is sweeter
give me one bud, I'll pay you in cash.
No way, take this stick instead
screw you, you old junkie
forget your mother, I won't even give you food
going to the kitchen to fry up some salty rolls
ate six of them and now I feel great
washed it down with beer and a little bump
loaded up like a cop, now my whole body aches
there's still another beer chilling in the fridge.
Oooo.. Ate like a pig after that joint
laid down to nap, fart, smell, and dream about babes
both a fly and a moth entered my room.
Both of them are buzzing right by my ear
jumped up immediately to light another one
scratched my balls and my ass too
coming straight from the hood like a real rapper.
South Central Los Angeles, my home turf
Smoking three packs of high-quality kush.
When I step outside, I lose my bearings
always find someone getting high somewhere...
smoke swirling around us, we used to have hash oil straws
Natalie Portman hit a car driving by
put some tobacco in another blunt.
Indo is smoking, ripping it, now my lungs hurt
light another one to feel better
Indo is smoking, ripping it, now my lungs hurt
light another one to feel better
Eminem - (slang term, 2006) - Indo grasa
I’m saying this again. There are ZERO scientific studies proving that marijuana is harmful, so there isn't even a...
tomy108, you clearly don't get how things work—maybe just stay out of it.
Hey, tell me straight—have you actually been using this stuff?
😂
Joseph Kern11 says: So schizophrenia, permanent psycho-social issues, addiction, and being more prone to other drugs aren't side effects?
Don't make me laugh.
Hemp traces its roots back to the Old World, eventually making its way over to the Americas in the 1500s. It’s easily one of the oldest cultivated plants out there. Because people have been spreading it everywhere, it’s become a truly global species—it grows practically anywhere you throw it. Whether it's being farmed intentionally or just popping up as a weed, this stuff thrives in just about any climate or environment you can think of.
Look, you’ve got people—mostly patients—who, because of their specific circumstances, end up smoking more than ten joints a day. You can't just sit there and expect that smoking won't have some kind of impact on your health. I mean, by the very definition of smoke, you're inhaling CO2—carbon dioxide—directly into your lungs. That's just physics. But let's be real: the damage from marijuana is nowhere near as bad as what you get from smoking tobacco cigarettes or drowning yourself in alcohol.
One of the biggest questions people ask these days is whether marijuana is addictive. Let me be blunt: marijuana does not cause physical addiction. There are thousands of witnesses out there confirming this fact. We're talking about people who have been using it daily for 20, even 30 years. For these folks, it left zero physical impact, and when they finally decided to quit, there wasn't a single sign of physical withdrawal or "crashing." Then there's the whole psychological addiction argument. Psychological dependency is entirely on you—it's a matter of self-control. In fact, the data shows you're much more likely to become psychologically hooked on a cigarette than on marijuana. During my own research into marijuana, I didn't run into a single case of chronic psychological addiction. And if you look at studies conducted in Jamaica or Costa Rica, the facts show that even heavy users don't actually look like they're psychologically addicted.
When people use cannabis, you usually see two things: slightly bloodshot eyes and a little bit of a racing heart. Neither one is uncomfortable, let alone dangerous. After five thousand years of hundreds of millions of people using it globally, there isn't a shred of credible evidence that this substance has ever caused a single death.
Drug lethality is typically measured by something called LD50—basically the dose that kills 50 percent of the animals or humans taking it. We don't even have an LD50 for cannabis in humans because there's just no data to pull from. You can also gauge toxicity using the therapeutic ratio, or safety factor. That’s just the lethal dose divided by the effective dose. For something like Secanol, the safety factor is maybe 3 to 50, and for alcohol, it's a measly 4 to 10. But based on mouse data, the safety factor for cannabis is 40,000. To put that in perspective, a lot of chemo drugs have a safety factor of 1.5 or even less. In its natural form, marijuana is probably the safest therapeutically active substance ever discovered.
There are two other acute effects to consider here. First, there's the "high"—that altered state of consciousness. Recreational users describe it lasting anywhere from two to four hours when smoked, or five to twelve hours if you eat it. Most commonly, it's a mellow, slightly euphoric state where time seems to slow down and your senses—sight, sound, touch—all get dialed up.
Joseph Kern11, look—here’s a little reality check... It isn't scientifically proven, and there isn't a single documented harmful effect—whether you want to admit that or not.
What psychological state? There isn't a single scientific study out there that proves it does any actual harm to people!!!
