So, I just got this referral for a routine physical at an occupational health clinic—you know, the kind where they check you over for work—and my primary care doctor is supposed to sign off on it. Here’s what’s eating at me... does he HAVE to explicitly state that I have epilepsy on that paperwork? Since my job basically hinges on this, I'm wondering if he's legally on the hook if he leaves it out... like, could he end up in some massive mess if he doesn't disclose it?
