I want to apologize in advance if someone has already asked this—I just received an email confirmation for a testing appointment, but the timing is absolutely terrible for me. Is there any way I can just reply to that email to reschedule, will they actually listen and update it, or am I stuck waiting around only to have to go through the entire online booking process all over again?
