Folks,

I just left the dentist, and apparently, I need some oral surgery. He handed me a referral—it’s the red kind, with an electronic ID number—for radiology imaging. On top of that, he gave me a list of three specialists, providing both landlines and mobile numbers for each, telling me I should probably call ahead to schedule the imaging just in case they happen to be closed on the day I decide to show up.
Anyway, I'm young, and honestly, I'm completely overwhelmed by all these different phone numbers. Can I just take this referral straight to the hospital (or where specifically? It just says Osijek Hospital) and hand it over to get my scans done immediately, or am I required to call first?

So, I just got a letter from Medicare stating that I need to provide proof of my education😕 to the local office to verify the basis for my insurance coverage (under my previous plan). I already went down there after finishing high school, and frankly, I have no idea what they were doing with my paperwork back then, yet now I’m being forced to prove something all over again.

My current status: unemployed

What specific documentation do I need to bring them?
