Basically, I have the exact equipment prescribed that needs to go through a board for approval.
On the claim form, there’s a checkbox asking whether the equipment requires board approval—Yes or No. My doctor messed up and checked "No" instead of "Yes."
Anyone dealt with this before? Is this going to cause them to classify or deny my claim? Thanks.
