Binoculus is a total train wreck. I had a nasty case of conjunctivitis once that made my vision blurry—felt like my prescription had spiked overnight—and they basically pressured me into buying glasses with the most expensive Zeiss lenses ($1000). They practically tried to force contact lenses on me, too. Needless to say, those glasses ended up in the trash two weeks later because the prescription was twice what I actually needed. They were incredibly pushy with that whole "buy everything now" attitude. It was infuriating.
At first glance, though, they seemed nice enough. The doctor was charming and all that...
But yeah, there is zero chance I'm ever stepping foot in there again.😠
