Looking for a specialist...

I’m looking for some advice on finding a good primary care doctor here in San Francisco. I really need someone who is actually accepting new patients and isn't going to make me sit in a waiting room for three or four hours every single time I visit. It would be amazing to find someone who is easygoing with prescriptions and referrals, too—no unnecessary drama there. Most importantly, I want a doctor who is actually a sharp diagnostician and someone I can actually sit down and have a real conversation with. Also, quick question: am I stuck with whoever is assigned to my specific neighborhood, or can I just pick any doctor I want? I know, I'm asking for the moon here 🙂 Everyone wants a doctor like that! If anyone has a recommendation, please let me know. Thanks so much!
