It’s completely painless, though if it makes you feel better, I was terrified my first time too. In the end, it felt more like pure bliss. I was quite pleased with myself. As for the results, let's just say my "friends" were absolutely floored. It's available to them too, so I can't quite figure out the jealousy—it doesn't hurt, and it isn't expensive...
