You MUST see a proctologist. It might not be anything serious, but you really need to hear that from a specialist.
Maybe start by visiting your primary care physician first; they should be able to give you some answers (hopefully) and provide a referral to a specialist. Alternatively, you could just go to a private clinic if you don't want to wait for a referral, though it'll probably cost you somewhere between $200 and $133.

There is absolutely no reason to feel ashamed. This is about your health, and that's what matters most in life...
