Dealing with hemorrhoids

Hello, I have just now stumbled upon this forum.
Two days ago, I went to the restroom, passed some gas, and found blood on the paper and the toilet seat. Shortly after that, I had a bowel movement and nothing else occurred.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Help! Now I am feeling bloated as well. Goodness, what people go through these days.
If anyone has gone through something similar, please advise.
