Dealing with hemorrhoids

This Tylenol and Octal Pharma situation is just like everything else in this damn country. They’re out here charging 50 bucks for a pack of 7 tablets, while in the States, it’s only like 20 dollars. They’re ripping people off four times over—it’s absolutely criminal. I honestly hope one day someone with a seriously bad case of hemorrhoids decides to toss a Molotov cocktail at that company (Octal Pharma) or at least kidnaps the CEO and forces him to swallow every single one of those damn pills deep up his ass. Or maybe just give him a little "aggressive fist" treatment or a few swings with a baseball bat so he can experience those prices himself. Scumbags!!!

I was at stage two. One buddy of mine was at stage four, and over the last two years, he’s gone through 6 or 7 packs of Tylenol, and he’s doing "okay" :-) he hasn't ended up under the knife :), but now he goes through a box every 6 or 7 months...
