Could there actually be some kind of link between Helicobacter pylori and my hemoglobin levels? I know I might just be overthinking this or asking something totally out of left field, but...?

Angela Bishop84 said:Stress can totally trigger this, it’s so easy! I went through a massive life upheaval about 15 years ago, and ever since then, I've been struggling with hard stools—never had an issue before that. And honestly, those hard stools are exactly what led to my hemorrhoids! My diet wasn't great back then and I was constantly on the move, which just goes to show how much stress plays a role. I don't deal with it much anymore, but whenever things act up, a little Donat fixes everything! Give it a shot.

Thanks, Harold Palmer23. So, Donat plus trying to keep the stress levels down... I'm definitely going to give that a shot. I'm willing to try anything at this point... thx🙂🙂

Hey everyone, thought I’d jump in here... a new face on the forum and in this whole damn community with these hemorrhoids. :-) So, they showed up for the first time in my life about a month ago... I scoured the forums, took some advice (Factu, HEMOPROPIN...), and honestly, it worked! Thank God it passed! But what now? Do you guys have any recommendations? Should I keep applying HEMOPROPIN for a while longer, or just stop once the symptoms vanish? I still get a little itchiness every now and then, but the actual real issues are gone... Does anyone know what the actual root cause could be? I work an office job, so I'm sitting for about 7 hours a day, but I also hit the gym several times a week, and as far as diet goes, I guess everything except the junk stuff is fine... Can just sitting be the culprit? Or maybe some digestive tract issue? Stress? I've been overanalyzing my own situation and I can't make sense of it, but I definitely don't want them coming back... brrrrrrrr... Has anyone else dealt with them recurring? I see people mentioning it here... Could something like a "cold" be the trigger? For instance, I was out hiking for a few days and spent a lot of time sitting on cold, wet snow. I really don't want this to happen again, please help me out.
