Dealing with hemorrhoids
in Health ·
Thought I’d jump in and share my own experience here. I was dealing with all the usual misery—hemorrhoids, bleeding, stinging, constant pain... the whole deal. Tried a bunch of different ointments, but honestly? Nothing worked. Eventually, someone told me the secret is just softening things up. They suggested ground flaxseeds mixed into some yogurt, and man, it actually works. Everything is way smoother now, even if the volume is a bit higher. Seriously, just Google "flaxseed benefits"—it's basically a miracle seed. I do two spoonfuls with yogurt once a day. But here’s the kicker. Even with the seeds, I’d still see blood on the toilet paper every single time I wiped. Then I stumbled onto this forum post that sounded totally crazy at first. This guy swore that toilet paper is actually what triggers the hemorrhoids most, so he ditched it entirely and hasn't had a single issue since. At first, I thought, "No way, that sounds super gross," and the idea of having to clean myself with my hands felt pretty weird. But hey, I figured I had nothing to lose. When you're in pain, you'll try anything. I’ve been doing this for over a month now, and I’m telling you, it’s a game changer. No more issues at all. Most of you have probably noticed that little bit of blood on the paper after wiping too. Anyway, that's my two cents. Give the flaxseeds a shot and try ditching the paper to see if it helps you out. Good luck, everyone! Let me know if it works for you!
