I mean, there's always that nagging risk after surgery that things just... come back......
I actually just had my own surgery recently (the old-school way) and honestly, the thought of going through this whole nightmare all over again in a few years is not something I'm thrilled about.🙄
But look, I had to go under the knife because mine were constantly bleeding—sometimes a little, sometimes a lot.
Now I'm just hoping that if I change up my lifestyle (diet, losing weight, stuff like that), I can keep them from coming back.🙂

Why did you go with the classic method though? People say the recovery takes forever and that it hurts like crazy! For me, the most annoying part is how my entire life is basically revolving around them now... I’m constantly paranoid about bleeding somewhere, and I'm always checking behind me to make sure I didn't leave a trace on the toilet seat... it's gross! And yeah, I'm stuck on medical leave right now too..

Also, just to add, my doctor told me right after the surgery that he figured they’d probably come back, mostly because my genetics are pretty much working against me... and I guess he was right.

I've been dealing with this massive headache for six years now. I already went under the knife for stapler surgery about a year and a half ago, and yet here I am—can't even live my life or get through a workday without constant pain. Honestly, I feel like I’m just destined for more surgeries at this point. I just can't seem to shake this thing, and the worst part is my job... I have to be on my feet for seven hours straight, which makes everything a thousand times worse.
