Absolutely nothing! Total waste of time. He didn't even look—just handed me a referral and basically said, "Go see a specialist and let them deal with it!!!" 👍

So, I went to my GP... got a referral to a dermatologist and some Betazon ointment. That actually killed the itching, which was a relief, but those tiny little bumps? They're still hanging around.
I did a quick skim through the forums, but honestly, I haven't seen anything that sounds quite like what I’m dealing with. My gut says it's just hemorrhoids, but...
We're talking tiny, whiteish bumps—sort of like little grains of rice—popping up around the anus. There are just a few of them, mostly clustered in one spot. They itch like crazy, though they don't really hurt. I spent a week using FAKTU, then switched over to Hemoex, which helps with the itching but only lasts for a couple of hours. Now, after three weeks of sticking with FAKTU, nothing seems to be working. I'm staying on top of my hygiene, too.
Is this actually hemorrhoids, or what am I looking at?
