Ever since I discovered the benefits of using moist wipes from a brand like Kleenex along with wet wipes that I always keep on hand...
The trick is to clean a bit more thoroughly—using your finger, if you catch my drift, though I won't get too graphic even though I suspect some might appreciate the detail.🤣
Standard washing feels far too aggressive and dries everything out, whereas wipes and specialized paper actually nourish the skin... so, take it for what it's worth.
While my commitment to nutrition and a healthy lifestyle remains as firm as ever, I can finally relax a little without any unwanted consequences.👍
