I’m pretty sure I’m dealing with internal issues too because the pain during bowel movements is just brutal, so if anyone has any solid advice on what to do, I'm all ears. What’s actually the best way to treat internal ones? I’ve been using Faktu ointment, but honestly, it hasn't done much for me. 😢 Thanks!
