I don't know what's going on with you, but honestly, it sounds like hemorrhoids. You just gotta deal with it—don't spend years suffering like I did for a solid 15 years... all because I was terrified of doctors. Seriously though, the exam doesn't even hurt that much. It’s totally normal; they just put on a glove, use some lube so it's smooth, and since they're only checking with one finger, you barely feel a thing.
The THD method in New York City is done at the K-Center clinic. It's performed by an Israeli doctor who I think is a visiting specialist, so he's only there once a month. The guy is clearly super experienced, a real proctologist... if you want more details on how the method works, just do a quick Google search... all I can say is that after two days, I can actually sit down without pain. The hemorrhoids are still there and definitely noticeable when I'm on the toilet, but that passes quickly (especially if you use some castor oil on cotton pads as a compress). The doctor promised me they'll be gone in about a month.
Just a little heads-up on why that area is so sensitive: my doctor mentioned that there are actually more nerve endings back there than on a woman's nipple, which is why the pain feels so intense...
Try using some castor oil, wash up more often during the day—if you can't, just use baby wipes (make sure they're alcohol-free)—and eat plenty of fruit and salad. Avoid heavy pasta and dairy for now. Just stick to that until things calm down (usually takes about 2-3 weeks).
If there's anything else I can do to help, just let me know!
amberowl27 said:Hey there;
I've dealt with bleeding twice in the last two months. Just seeing spots of blood on the toilet paper after using the bathroom. Of course, I totally freaked out. Since I'm on a diet right now, I've been dealing with some pretty hard stools, so I'm assuming that's the culprit—plus, things felt like they were burning like crazy after those trips to the restroom. I've applied some cream a few times, and so far, everything seems fine. At first, I thought maybe it was just from eating beets, but nope, turns out it wasn't.
One other thing is bugging me. My stomach has been aching, just to the left of my belly button, for about 20 days now. It's a super light pain, barely noticeable, but it’s definitely there. My doctor told me not to worry about it, and since I'm on this diet (it's been hurting ever since I started the UN diet), I'm still feeling a little anxious.
I don't think the two issues are related, even though it spooked me at first.
Hey guys, if you want smoother movements, try taking some mineral oil. Just drink about 20-30 ml before bed; it doesn't have any taste or smell... you can find it somewhere $4.00 like a pharmacy... they recommended it to me back when I had surgery for an artery issue (THD).
All done with the bio... hopefully for good this time! The whole procedure takes maybe 15-20 minutes; they just give you local anesthesia in the area and then the doctor gets to work. You'll feel some discomfort while the doctor is working, especially during the artery ligation part, but honestly, it’s totally manageable. After the surgery, there's just a little bit of soreness rather than actual pain, so popping one or two Voltaren tablets handles it just fine.
So, if any of you are wondering what to do about your hemorrhoids and think THD might be the way to go—just a heads up, you'll have an exam beforehand to see if you're actually a candidate. I personally had stage III.
God bless.
If you’re looking to kill the pain, I'll say it again: just REST. Lie down on your SIDE. Those first five minutes when you finally settle on your side can be brutal, but once that passes, things calm down and the pain almost vanishes. I'm dealing with stage 4 myself. Also, skip the fried stuff, fast food, and dairy. Instead, do something nice for your body—drink some prune juice three times a day and you won't have any issues. TRUST ME, it works.
As for surgery, honestly, sooner is better than later. Just imagine hitting 60 and realizing hemorrhoids aren't exactly going to fix themselves by then—you really don't want to wait that long. Like I mentioned, I'm planning on going through with the THD method, and I'm crossing my fingers everything goes smoothly... fingers crossed for everyone!
Honestly, Hemoroidin tablets are the absolute best—just take one in the morning and one before your main meal. They help out with both digestion and the hemorrhoids themselves. You'll start seeing a noticeable difference after just a few days. If your symptoms are pretty mild, don't overdo it; once you feel better, just stick with them for another 3-4 days and you're good to go. Also, if you want something even better, check out HEMOREST. Since they're plant-based, they might actually be an even better way to go.
Oh, I almost forgot! You really have to chug about 3 liters of water every day to keep things moving, especially right before bed and first thing in the morning.
So here's the deal: if your hemorrhoids are already flared up and bleeding, you absolutely have to rinse with lukewarm water right after you go to the bathroom, then do it again with lukewarm water about 15 minutes later. After that, apply St. John's Wort oil—you can find it at any local Walgreens for about $10. It’s best to put the oil on some cotton pads and just rest them against the sore area. Before that, I’d suggest using some PROKTOSAN suppositories; they worked wonders for me in just two days, and trust me, I've been struggling with this stuff for 15 years. Once you're done, head straight to bed. No moving around, no getting up, nothing... just lie on your SIDE—not on your stomach and not on your back. It hurts like crazy for the first five minutes, but I guarantee you'll feel better after that. After about 10-15 minutes of total stillness (on your SIDE), the pain subsides and you start feeling much better...
Foods to avoid: Milk, pork, and beef (all those deli meats and canned goods... seriously, stay far away from all of it), PASTA (spaghetti, macaroni...), and Bread...
Foods that really help: Apples (aim for 5-6 a day), prunes (or prune juice) twice a day, all kinds of salads (but skip the vinegar!), and soups...
Once you start feeling better, you can switch to chicken or turkey, and fish is definitely a must-have for a light diet.
Just speaking from my own experience here—this worked 100% for me, even with stage 4 hemorrhoids.
I've already booked my appointment for February 26th for the THD method... I really don't want to deal with traditional surgery, so I'm crossing my fingers that this approach is actually as revolutionary as they say for treating hemorrhoids and can finally get rid of them for good.
If anyone here has actually gone through it, please let us know how it went!
Here's a clinic that uses the THD method:
Has anyone here actually tried this method before??
It costs around $1,600, and they claim it actually fixes the root cause of hemorrhoids—totally painless, too. Honestly, why bother with laser surgery or traditional operations that just deal with the symptoms? Usually, those come back after 3-5 years anyway... I really think this method might be the real deal. It’s not even a full surgery; it's more like a quick outpatient procedure.
Has anyone heard about the THD method? It’s one of the newer things being done here in the States (US), so I was wondering if anyone knows more about it. Maybe someone here has actually gone through the procedure to fix the root cause of hemorrhoids?
