Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
Here's my take on dealing with hemorrhoids... they usually start with just some itching or a little stinging, but I honestly didn't pay much attention to it. If it got itchy, I’d just slap on some tea tree cream and blame everything on stress. Then, after about a year, it hit me out of nowhere. Intense, unbearable pain and bleeding—both internal and external. At first, I was too embarrassed to tell anyone what was going on, but then I realized there was no point in being quiet, especially since it seems like everyone around me either deals with this or knows someone who does. Honestly, people were even starting to wonder why I was eating the way I was, because let's face it, I've always been a huge foodie. Just give me coffee, a BBQ, and some alcohol, and I'm happy. Since then, I've had to overhaul my habits. No more grabbing burgers or heavy snacks for a quick bite. Now, I start my day with a glass of water, an apple, and some cereal. I also make sure to have Activia every morning and night. I started taking black seed oil—three drops, three times a day—and I use Hemmoex (which helps with tissue firmness and stops bleeding... http://www.aromara.com/) as a spray twice a day. In my experience, at least, it's made a massive difference. What you eat for breakfast really matters, and I always make sure to have a salad with dressing during lunch. So, yeah, that's my story. Everything is under control for now, and I really hope I don't have to deal with this again. Besides, if you haven't been through it, you probably won't get it.
