Dealing with hemorrhoids

I have been reading through all these posts regarding these hemorrhoidal issues, and I must say... I am genuinely enjoying them. Why? Because I finally got rid of mine. That pain is GONE, and they have vanished—hopefully for good this time. It was pure misery, truly. I’m not one for exaggerating, but I have never experienced suffering quite like this before. For about five months, my life was completely upended by hemorrhoids, and let me tell you...
Every time I went to the bathroom, I would pray to God that the pain would be minimal—not just during the act, but for an hour or two afterward. But after that? HELL ON EARTH. If I had to go around 8 PM, there was no sleeping until 3 or 4 in the morning. I found myself cursing everything: my genetics, the light diet I had started eating, every single ointment and cream I bought, the suppositories for internal relief, the teas and oils for external issues—you name it, I tried it. Nothing worked. I would toss and turn in bed, trying to find a position that offered even a second of relief, but the pain just wouldn't quit. I’d lie down and it would kill me; I’d stand up and it would stop, so I couldn't sleep a wink. On my stomach it hurt, on my back it hurt less... it was AGONY. I was walking like a man with a limp, tears actually welling up in my eyes, unable to think about anything else. And then... along came the heavy hitter, the Himalayan PILEX 400. $167(I picked it up in Canada for 9.3 miles) because I honestly didn't believe it would work and didn't want to waste money, but if I had known, I would have handed over two paychecks for it! It is impossible how everything disappeared in just five days!! It's a combination of some strange herbs I'd only ever heard mentioned in relation to rare orchids. Just try it. When it comes to your health, spending 400, 500, or 600 bucks $3333 is a small price to pay if it means being a normal human being again.
p.s. I am not some undercover shill for this PILEX, but honestly, they should build a monument to it.
