I figured I’d jump in here and offer some encouragement to those who are feeling completely hopeless right now—because trust me, I’ve been exactly where you are... 🙂
For me, the bleeding finally stopped once I started incorporating soups into my daily diet, made sure to stay meticulous about hygiene after every bathroom trip, used Hemopropin cream regularly, and, if I had to pinpoint what truly moved the needle, it was drinking about a liter of unsweetened sage tea every single day...
There isn't any bleeding anymore; all I’m left with is one external hemorrhoid that seems to get slightly smaller every time I apply treatment, so I’m holding out hope it’ll vanish entirely very soon...
I’ve attempted to stay away from alcohol, but let's be honest... once the weekend rolls around, I just can't seem to stick to it. 🤷 🤣

Hi there, I’m 22 years old and currently dealing with a recurring hemorrhoid issue. It’s something I first encountered back when I was around 17 or 18, and at that time, the main issue was just the pain. Eventually, things seemed to settle down—the discomfort subsided for a few years and everything felt fine. However, about a week ago, without any clear trigger or obvious cause, I started experiencing significant bleeding during bowel movements. And by significant, I mean it happens every single day since then.
The strangest part of this whole situation is that there isn't actually any pain involved. My stools aren't hard, my digestion feels perfectly normal, and everything else seems fine—but every time I'm on the toilet, the second I hear that sound of blood hitting the bowl, I know exactly what's happening...
Has anyone else dealt with this specific scenario? Specifically, why would there be bleeding if there is absolutely no pain? And more importantly, how can I actually fix this?

I'd really appreciate any help or advice you all might have...
