Once you've recovered from the procedure, I'd suggest looking for some pain relief right away. Maybe watch what you eat, too; I mostly stick to liquids. It feels like the pain isn't quite as intense as it used to be. I usually take some Tylenol for the discomfort.

Back during the war in the early 90s, I was stationed out in the mountains near Papuk. It was freezing, temperatures constantly dropping below zero with biting winds... honestly, if it hadn't been for the conflict, I wouldn't have spent even thirty minutes out there.
Fast forward some time later, and the hemorrhoids started acting up. The military doctor used to prescribe Fakto cream quite regularly; I'm sure I had plenty of that on hand back then.
The issue would flare up and then subside for years, right up until last Christmas when things became completely abnormal. I've tried everything—colonoscopies, various doctors, different creams, pills, changing my diet, lifestyle adjustments, you name it—but nothing really worked.
On March 24th of this year, I underwent surgery. I'm not entirely sure which specific method they used, as I haven't received my discharge papers yet (I'll have to check on that). My doctor mentioned that the procedure went very smoothly and everything proceeded according to plan.
The recovery process has been incredibly painful. I just had my first major bowel movement today, and let's just say... you really don't want to hear about it!
It feels like the pain is slowly starting to ease up, though. I'm needing painkillers less frequently now, but it's still quite intense.
I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through this same experience.
