I don't really have any major issues with it... It doesn't flare up... and honestly, it isn't even that significant... you can barely even see it. I think I'm mostly still traumatized from the surgery I had about a year ago (that pilonidal sinus mess), so now everything just makes me paranoid...

Which specific cream are you talking about? FactSet???

You definitely dealt with much worse... that sounded brutal... Personally, I can sit down normally without any trouble... but I still have this nagging feeling that something isn't quite right... it's likely just autosuggestion at this point...

Does this thing just go away on its own eventually, or what...? I’ve been looking through this thread, and honestly, none of the symptoms I’m experiencing actually match the descriptions here. Usually, when people talk about hemorrhoids, they mention them being painful to the touch or having that distinct bluish tint... but mine isn't blue, and it doesn't exactly hurt. It’s just... there. It's an annoying presence, plain and simple...

I'd certainly prefer if they weren't... 🙂 I actually dealt with something similar once before—maybe once every couple of years—but I didn't think much of it at the time. Right now, there isn't any sign that this is going to flare up or turn into some major complication... because honestly, it's been sitting there for nearly ten days now, and I've noticed the lump is actually a bit smaller today. I'm really hoping this just clears up on its own... so I can avoid having to deal with a doctor... 🙂

Could someone please shed some light on what might be going on here...

To be specific, over the last week or so, I’ve noticed a small growth right at the anal opening. It's about 0.5 cm in diameter, and there's something hard inside... and it actually moves... It isn't inflamed and doesn't cause any pain, per se, but it's definitely uncomfortable because it feels like I'm constantly sitting on a little marble... 🙂

On top of that, about 5 cm away from the anus on the right side, I have this tiny little lump under the skin. It's also quite firm and shows no signs of inflammation (it doesn't bother me at all), but if I press on it, it turns a bit bluish, though it remains very hard.
