Dealing with hemorrhoids

Evening!
I hate even bringing this up, but I’m pretty sure I’ve developed hemorrhoids. Specifically, a hemorrhoid 🙂

Right by the exit, and it's bluish in color.
The pain is HORRIBLE and it burns. I can't even take a dump normally, let alone wipe my ass with toilet paper.
It doesn't matter if I use that Zewa tissue from the commercial where the cats sleep—it's soft, but still! 😁
Believe me, not even the softest wipe can touch a hemorrhoid without causing agony.
The thing is, I thought I was done with this stuff already. It vanished. I honestly can't remember when, maybe about 5 months ago.
And now, dammit, here we go again! -.-
Anyway, what's actually bothering me is that there is NO BLEEDING!!!!! No matter how much I squeeze or whatever, nothing. No blood.
I'm certain it's an external hemorrhoid. But still... all I get is this constant pain and stinging.
