It’s highly likely due to sitting for too many hours a day—and honestly, there might be a genetic component to it as well... in my case, I suspect it's a combination of being sedentary and, frankly, not maintaining a very balanced diet (I almost never eat yogurt, and I struggle to get enough fruits and vegetables into my daily routine...)
I've finally decided to start living a bit more healthily 👍
THE MODERN LIFESTYLE👎
Thanks so much—I’m really hoping this does the trick for me, just like it seems to have done for all of you dealing with this absolute mess 👎
I'm 16 years old, and about a year ago, I noticed this tiny, swollen bump near my anus. Honestly, it was barely noticeable back then—it didn't bother me at all—but recently, I dealt with two really hard bowel movements... quite painful ones, actually. Now, that little bump, which is basically a hemorrhoid, has hardened up a bit and is starting to bother me... there's a slight itch, too. Since my parents tend to be total panickers, I don't want to rush straight to the doctor just yet. My plan is to try some over-the-counter cream and fix my diet first (more yogurt, more fruit, less spicy food...) and if that doesn't help within a reasonable timeframe, then I'll go see a physician... What do you all recommend? Does anyone know of a good cream I can pick up without a prescription? 😕
I've read that Faktu is a good option, and from what I can see, it isn't overly expensive either...
