Dealing with hemorrhoids

Hey, my husband dealt with occasional hemorrhoid issues (which he totally ignored, obviously) until last summer when everything just went south. It was a total disaster. He couldn't sit, walk, or even lie down because of the pain. He tried a whole box of Detralex and some antibiotics, but things just got worse.
After seeing a proctologist, they confirmed it was stage III/IV hemorrhoids. He decided to go with rubber band ligation. He had four sessions, spaced about a month apart, done after work hours, so he could just head straight home. By the second day, he was back at his job—just had to take things a little slower. He absolutely loved it! He says neither the exam nor the procedure hurt, and he’s got a pretty low pain tolerance. Each exam and follow-up session cost $83. Not trying to run an ad here or anything, but it was at a phlebology and proctology clinic over in the Malešnica area of the city.
