btw, the original picked up 60 awards at various festivals all over the world... maybe that was just because it was "pretty mediocre."😛

That final scene was such a mess—totally unnecessary. There was also this one part that really rubbed me the wrong way, where the guy is stumbling around the kitchen with a knife in his chest and feels the need to lean his head over the sink—I guess he was trying to wash up or something 🙄—and then they just "take advantage" of the moment and drown him in the sink 🤮
