2009 Australian Grand Prix - Melbourne (Central Park)
in Formula 1 ·
Sebastian Vettel could have braked sooner—he has to realize he can't just keep Kujica three laps behind him. Claiming he couldn't dive onto the grass isn't an excuse, and honestly, Kujica should have waited for a better opening instead of forcing a move and leaving Vettel zero room...
My current standings:
1. Brawn GP (flawless performance, aside from losing a bit of time on the soft tires)
2. Toyota (can't find any real flaws; both compounds work well, they just messed up with that useless rear wing and got disqualified for no reason)
2. Red Bull (solid pace, slightly behind Brawn, but struggling big time on the soft compound)
3. BMW (no major issues, but they lack the raw speed to match Brawn or Red Bull right now)
4. Williams (struggling with the soft tire, so a top finish seems unlikely) / Ferrari (started high up because they ran light in qualifying, but they look significantly slower than they did during winter testing)
5. McLaren/Renault/STR/Force India
The gaps aren't clear because of all the Safety car periods, but I don't think I'm far off.
